This FAQ is designed to answer frequently asked questions from our customers and improve their experience at Camping Aloha Plage.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Pitches
Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: before 12:00 PM
Rentals (mobile homes, chalets, etc.)

What types of accommodation are available?
◦ Mobile homes: Capacity for 1 to 6 people, depending on the model, fully equipped.
◦ Luxury SPA Chalets: For 1 to 6 people, a unique glamping experience.
◦ Pitches: For tents, caravans, and motorhomes, up to 6 people.
What activities are available on-site?
◦ Canoeing: Descents of 13 km or more, directly from our private beach to the Pont d’Arc.
◦ Sports: Beach soccer, beach volleyball, pétanque.
◦ Gourmet walk: Tasting of Ardèche products offered by the campsite.
◦ Children’s activities: Mini-club, playground.
◦ Entertainment: Musical evenings, concerts, sports tournaments, daytime activities.
◦ Aqua gym: Sessions in July and August.
Are there restaurants or dining options?
◦ Panoramic restaurant: Local dishes and table BBQ specialties.
◦ Snack-pizzeria: Wide range of snacks and pizzas.
◦ Grocery store: A Vival 50m away and three large supermarkets 3 km from the campsite.
What services are included in the accommodations?
◦ Air conditioning.
◦ Fully equipped kitchen.
◦ Private terrace with garden furniture.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in certain accommodations under conditions:
They must be kept on a leash.
◦ They must not be left alone in the accommodation. Please check availability when booking.
What activities are available nearby?
◦ Hiking: Marked trails nearby.
◦ Greenways: Numerous cycling paths.
◦ Water activities: Canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, treetop adventure courses.
◦ Adventure activities: Paintball, via ferrata, canyoning, go-karting, quad biking, etc.
◦ Tourist sites: Gorges of the Ardèche, caves, picturesque villages.

What sanitary measures are in place?

◦ Disinfection of accommodations after each departure.

Is it necessary to book in advance?
It is highly recommended to book in advance, especially during the high season (July-August), to ensure availability.
What are the cancellation policies?

Are there any activities for children?
Yes, a kids’ club is available with suitable activities from July 1st to the end of August.
Can I rent extra equipment (cot, barbecue, etc.)?
Yes, we offer rental services for various equipment:

Do we need to bring our own sheets and bedding??
Yes, we recommend bringing your own sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases. However, we offer disposable sheet kits for sale at reception if needed.
